‎A male adult fell on a thick branch when he climbed on the tree. As a result, the scrotum swelled, and urine was obstructed. After examination, we found   that the abdominal wall was inflated on the superior aspect of pubic symphysis, and there was a ness region near umbilical part by percussion.
